Now, President Trump, as a person who has written a few books I wonder if you've read a few, particularly Naomi Klein's The Shock Doctrine which introduces to us the notion of disaster capitalism.
Wait for mother nature to take her course, then buy up all that beachfront property on the cheap and develop even more expensive resorts on it. Wait until people let their guard down enough to buy them from you at a profit, and repeat the next time an accident of nature or nurture occurs.
