I looked over their methodology. According to that, between December 3rd and 12th, 2018 they got a sample of 1,025 adults, ages 18+, living in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. They bought the sample from Survey Sampling International who got it by randomly dialing people and then paying them per survey. The sample they bought from SSI had 70% of respondents using cell phones and divided by time zone population. They then weighed the hell out of it based on national demographics, and a couple of more questionable things (e.g. some derived statistics and how often people use their landline vs. cell phone). They also don't report their imputation, sample adjustments, weighing, or any of the information needed to analyze these responses in any sort of depth. They also combine the top two responses into a combined score. It is also worth noting that only 2 men and 2 woman got scores higher than the margin of error, but who really knows after all the unspecified adjustments.

How in hell do they select their "respondents"?

Well, they select random phone numbers and check them against the known white supremacists list. That's why you never call you.
