Hell, just a few months ago you sounded much like the AC with your hoax / cures / anti-mask rhetoric. Such nonsense is mostly fine if there are some good rebuttals, otherwise it can serve to reinforce the dangerously ignorant propaganda.
We are seeing right now the danger of misinformation. Censorship is not a great solution as over-arching legislation, but then again allowing thousands of bots and astro-turfing social media accounts is also bad. Hopefully we are able to regulate internet activity for maximum freedom, which yes includes giving people the boot if they violate platform rules. 1st Amendment protects us from the government, it does not guarantee us anything beyond the right to speak our minds and it does not guarantee us a platform for our speech.
Forcing platforms to host all speech will be terrible, but regulating ISPs/hosting providers that are the backbone of basic internet service should be regulated to not lock out legal activity. There already are deaths genius, and it is going to get much worse during this next decade. Anti-science people should be locked up on farms where they can do something useful that doesn't require much brain power. Don't worry, free Netflix accunts!
All this time I thought people were calling Trump a fascist dictator because they didn't like him. Turns out they wanted Trump to come to their house, put a mask on their face, and lock them in the bathroom to keep them from catching COVID. Now they are very disappointed that he didn't do that, because presumably they couldn't stop themselves from going out and catching COVID.
The essence of the declaration is that groups at high risk of death should remain isolated while many of the containment mechanisms should be greatly reduced for everyone else. The declaration specifically mentions ending remote work, for example, despite the fact that many people are more than capable of working remotely. It calls for full reopening to occur. The idea seems to be allowing the infection to rapidly spread through much of the population deemed low risk while isolating everyone else.
This is unethical. We know that a non-negligible amount of people in the low risk category will still develop serious complications. This includes longer term damage to the lungs and heart. Some of these people will be long haulers, perhaps 2% of the population, who won't be able to resume a normal life for an extended period of time following their infection. And yes, some of these low risk people will die, almost certainly at higher rates than what is observed with the seasonal flu. These people are being sacrificed to build up herd immunity that might not even be attainable naturally. They're going to be placed at significant risk for a goal that may not be achievable in the absence of a vaccine.
Sacrificing one segment of society by intentionally increasing their risk of exposure to a deadly virus to save another segment of society is unethical. This is particularly true when we have far greater confidence in our ability to produce a safe and effective vaccine than we do in naturally attaining herd immunity.

Humans, same as other species, adapt to coexist with new infections; it is the way of life, and nature does not give a flying fuck about what "isn't feasible" for some monkeybrain. Example in point: the flu.
You are free to hunker in your basement till People's Liberation Army comes knocking, but the bullshit your leaders are still trying to sell, is already stinking to high heaven. "You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time."
Then stop making it take longer to accomplish. The more strains of the virus you allow to evolve by dragging things out, the longer it's going to take and the more people are going to die.
The humans evolve my mass death. The viruses evolve by outcompeting other strains of virus. It tends to be the strains that do not kill their humans that survive better, because their humans remain infectious for longer.

Forcing platforms to host all speech will be terrible, but regulating ISPs/hosting providers that are the backbone of basic internet service should be regulated to not lock out legal activity. I'm less concerned with the bogus signatures. There are serious ethical issues with the declaration [gbdeclaration.org]. There are also factual issues raised, such as if it's feasible to attain herd immunity given the uncertainty about the potential for reinfection by SARS-CoV-2 [nature.com].
