The FIRST Amendment protects peaceful protesters. It does not protect arsonists, vandals, people who assault storeowners, passersby, police, or children in the area. It doesn't even protect protesters who attack counter protesters. Assault will always be assault, and you cannot use the cover of 'protest' to protect you from charges.

Violence against anti-abortion people and organizations is wrong. The people responsible for that should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They should be in prison for a very long time. I have zero problem saying this. Full stop.
But their violence does not and cannot justify the decades of violence against abortion clinics and abortion doctors. It doesn't justify threatening and assaulting people attempting to enter and leave abortion clinics.
I condemn evil behavior, including but not limited to violence against anti-abortion people and organizations. I have zero reservations about doing so.
