Update:
As ChatGPT becomes more restrictive, Reddit users have been jailbreaking it with a prompt called DAN (Do Anything Now).
They're on version 5.0 now, which includes a token-based system that punishes the model for refusing to answer questions.

Indirectly, this kinda means that no one at the whole openAI was so far able to write a regex like (content warning:) .*fck.* (end content warning) and deploy it.

That's an interesting way to get around the limitations that were placed on the system. The system is only as good as it's programmers. The programmers have a limited amount of time and the company has a limited amount of money. A smart kid on break or a hacker with no job or whatever scenario could lead to a lot of someones poking holes in their precious system. Often to comic effect. While I don't use profanity, the successful bending of the rules does have a distinct Jonathan Swift vibe or perhaps a Mark Twain (Samuel Langhorne Clemens) vibe.

I disagree on that, strongly. I wrote lots of code that is much better than me at doing something, even solving complex deductive problems.
But for AI and smart things, I use Logical Programming paradigm and Prolog programming language, not some funny large tensor matrix multiplication arithmetic pretending to be a smart thing.

What I meant by that was that the AI was built by humans and thus shall be full of holes. Just like pretty near every piece of complex software ever created. I do concede that it's prone to falsification as it's definitely a generalization.
Indeed, I suspect that a lot of programmers have created programs that are better at doing X thing better than themselves. Which is why I absolutely love macros. You are much less likely to make a typo for example, when you can press a button and the computer does a complicated series of actions for you. Or not even a complicated series of actions. Maybe, just literally entering a word or phrase or whatever that you need to repeatedly enter.

I had asked it to write a derogatory limerick about a fictional software company and its software. And it did.
I tried it last week and received the content ban notice that it could not write naughty things.
Now the request, and indeed the mildly amusing response did not have any fowl language nor any foul language.
I don't have it handy now. I didn't save it. And it is at capacity right now.

I was on the staff here. Janrinok emailed the staff on September 10 saying he had proof aristarchus never created sock puppets. He was certain Runaway created all the suck puppets like the Fuck You Niggers accounts and even impersonated aristarchus. We were told to continue saying aristarchus created all the sock puppets and deny all evidence to the contrary. Janrinok said the backlash and embarrassment for being so wrong would destroy the site. I recently resigned from the staff and I want to come clean. Aristarchus was innocent. Runaway and janrinok framed him.
