Donald Trump, the former U.S. president and front-runner for the 2024 Republican nomination, pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records after an investigation into hush money paid to a porn star.

Meanwhile, right now, isn't Biden digging his heels in at every turn, about not giving Ukrainian this, or that, or another, "to not provoke Putin", the definition of giving Putin what he wants?
Biden didn't dig in his heels on a lot of military gear that Ukraine now has. What "not provoke" means is not giving Putin a pretext to cast this fight as one of survival for Russia. That's a key issue that Russian apologists frequently miss. The war can end by Russia leaving Ukraine tomorrow with Russia's survival no more threatened that it is now (by Putin and his cohort remaining in power). For example, it is thought that about 1% of Russian citizens have left Russia in the past year. That wouldn't have happened if they thought this was a just war for Russia's survival rather than some pointless empire building.
Let's give some more examples of how this plays out: 1) no NATO forces fighting Russia in the Ukraine, 2) no serious warfare on Russian soil (I don't count Crimea as part of Russia), and 3) taking great care to avoid escalating this fight.

Echo chamber? Truly the rightwing mind has been shredded by the oligarch's propaganda whipping them from one belief to another while not accounting for any logical consistency. Their neural nets are becoming corrupted, makes for an interesting psychologucal study however.

Golly, that makes those 34 commandments sound so biblical. And thus with his mighty PDF document, Commander McBragg [wikipedia.org] parted Trump's hair and released our crumbling environment from the burden of The Donald's maga-goopy hair spray. And thus it is good that the World Of Cmdr McBragg doth empty its prisons, to be filled anew with the floods of Republicans. And millions of New Yorkers huffed doggedly on their Fentanyl-laced doobies.
And in that purgatorial haze, it was all good enough for now.

That makes democrats the children of a lesser false prophet. It's no wonder New York smells like the old clothes in Cheech&Chong's garage.

My, my, whatever happened to all those "law and order" Republicans? Willie Horton out of prison? Abolishing cash bail? And suddenly indicting a criminal is a bad thing? I just wish the cops had not put their hands like that to keep Trump from hitting his head on the way in, just like he advised in the past.

Innocent until being hung out to dry by the usual suspects.
Even bibulous Nancy said President Donald Trump will have a chance to prove his innocence.

Yeah, US freedom was tossed out in 2000 when Republicans stole the election. Liberals took it on the chin hoping that such legalistic BS would not likely happen again. Sadly it emboldened the conservatives so they went straight for fascism with the Patriot Act, and since then too many Democrats have defended the policy and voted to renew the fascist policy.
It saddens me that conservatives can whine about government corruption while routinely voting for the worst of the bunch. What hope is there for humanity when citizens prefer their tribal loyalty over truth?

There's your star witness! Not that he had billable credibility before this. Maybe Michael Cohen can get off on a technicality... somebody misspelled "defendant." And now we'll get to see how big a star McBragg is, months before Trump goes to trial:
