If they maintain thousands of relationships with 2-3 thousand units, 3-10 devs "mom & pops" customers, it's 3k * 3k (customers times units) = 9 mil units. So, prioritizing those businesses in a 5-7mil supply years meant / means nothing for the education and hobbyists unless they manually make something like the 400s for the sake of appearances...
Anyhow, take away is to move away from the raspis if possible since they're effectively reorganized as an industry parts supplier even if they themselves don't really understand it just yet.
