I am a huge British TV fan, Red Dwarf is my current obsession, and I've been trying to find a way to get to the program on DaveTV currently. I've got a UKplayTV membership but I am in the US and need a UK postal code to stream the content. I've tried using a VPN and had no luck. Does anyone know a way legal or otherwise to get the content out of the UK. I have the OLD series on DVD, but I'd like to stream the current stuff, I don't have a working DVD player in my laptop and I don't want to spend the money to buy a new one or fix the current one. I can't find DaveTV on amazon or Netflix.

I noticed Ethanol posted a journal about being perma-banned. There were numerous responses including one from TMB stating that he had not been banned but an associated IP and been banned. Several days later I got a another message indicating Ethanol had written another journal entry entitled Permabanned pt2, but when I looked there was no such entry. In fact all of his entries appear to have been deleted. I do hope that he was not cast out, it would seriously narrow the points of view here and make the place much duller. I looked on the back of the milk carton here and no sign of him...
I for one value a good trolling now and then this place needs to keep the view points varied or risk becoming an echo chamber.

Vatican police arrest ex-diplomat over 'child pornography'

Police at the Vatican have arrested a priest who previously worked at the Holy See's US embassy on suspicion of possessing child pornography.

Carlo Alberto Capella was taken into custody after an investigation.

Monsignor Capella was recalled from the US in September 2017 after US authorities told the Vatican about a possible violation of child pornography laws by one of its diplomats.

He was ordained in 1993 and joined the Vatican's diplomatic corps in 2004.

The arrest could draw fresh attention to Pope Francis's efforts to snuff out child abuse in the Catholic Church. He has pledged zero tolerance but critics say he has not done enough to hold to account bishops who allegedly covered up abuse.
