Thank you to Brad Blakeman on @FoxNews for grading year one of my presidency with an “A”-and likewise to Doug Schoen for the very good grade and statements.
Unprecedented success for our Country, in so many ways, since the Election. Record Stock Market, Strong on Military, Crime, Borders, & ISIS, Judicial Strength & Numbers, Lowest Unemployment for Women & ALL, Massive Tax Cuts, end of Individual Mandate -- and so much more. The Trump Administration has terminated more UNNECESSARY Regulation, in just twelve months, than any other Administration has terminated during their full term in office, no matter what the length.
The good news is, THERE IS MUCH MORE TO COME -- BIG 2018. Working hard! www.youtu.be/gFXcLi85cQY
Intel Has a Big Problem. It Needs to Act Like It
During the six months Intel was quietly working to try to fix the vulnerabilities, Krzanich sold $24 million in company shares. Intel says the stock sale was part of a plan that had been in place before anyone there knew about Meltdown or Spectre, but the day after Krzanich’s CES speech, two U.S. senators sent letters to the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice demanding investigations. Consumer and shareholder lawyers have filed a dozen class actions against Intel, and there are few signs the pressure will let up on Krzanich anytime soon. In a research note, an analyst for Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. called the stock sale “indefensible.”
President Trump signed a bill Friday to reauthorize a controversial government surveillance program, extending the ability of law enforcement officials to collect and keep — but not always see — the private communications of American citizens.
Trump first suggested a year ago — with no supporting evidence — that Obama authorized eavesdropping on Trump Tower during the election. He made a similar suggestion last week when he tweeted that the law had been used "to so badly surveil and abuse the Trump campaign by the previous administration."
The bill was set to expire Friday unless Trump signed the renewal into law. It has now been approved by Congress three times under three different presidents.

Despite some very corrupt and dishonest media coverage, there are many great reporters I respect and lots of GOOD NEWS for the American people to be proud of! Announcing the Highly-Anticipated 2017 Fake News Awards!!!! https://gop.com/the-highly-anticipated-2017-fake-news-awards/
Martin Luther King, Jr., was the very model of a modern American patriot.
The Reverend’s devotion to fighting the injustice of segregation and discrimination ignited the American spirit of fraternity and reminded us of our higher purpose.
Dr. King's dream is my dream. It is the American Dream. It's the promise stitched into the fabric of our Nation, etched into the hearts of our people, and written into the soul of humankind. AMERICA FIRST! 45.wh.gov/NhJy55
Good news for #MLK fans -- yesterday, it was my great honor to proclaim January 15, 2018, as Martin Luther King Jr., Federal Holiday. That's right, I proclaimed a holiday just for him! Because I think he was a great guy, a great American hero. We have some fine people from Norway, but Martin was one of our own. I encourage all Americans to observe this day with appropriate civic, community, and service activities in honor of Dr. King's EXTRAORDINARY life and his great legacy. pic.twitter.com/samlJsz1Nt
And on Monday it was my great pleasure & honor to sign H.R. 267, the "Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park Act," which redesignates the Martin Luther King, Junior, National Historic Site in the State of Georgia as the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park. 45.wh.gov/T5ByM5 pic.twitter.com/QTgaqTawPT
God bless you all and God bless America!
NASA, Partners Discuss Power for Future Space Exploration
NASA and its partners will host a news conference at noon EST (9 a.m. PST) Thursday, Jan. 18, at the National Atomic Testing Museum in Las Vegas, to discuss a recent experiment involving a new power source that could provide the safe, efficient and plentiful energy needed for future robotic and human space exploration missions.
Audio of the news conference and presentation slides will stream live on NASA’s website.
Representatives from NASA, the National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA’s) Los Alamos National Laboratory and Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) will discuss and take questions on the Kilopower project, which aims to demonstrate space fission power systems technology that has the potential to enable future crewed surface missions to the Moon, Mars and beyond. Testing began in November 2017 and is expected to continue through March.

As part of his ongoing effort to prove he’s “a very stable genius” and “like, really smart” following the release of a book that portrays him as the exact opposite, on Tuesday afternoon President Trump held a televised meeting with members of Congress on the topic of immigration.
This did not go as planned. The most notable moment was when Trump responded with enthusiasm to Democratic senator Dianne Feinstein’s suggestion that they pass a “clean” bill making the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program permanent. House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy quickly jumped in to remind Trump that Republicans don’t want to protect DACA recipients without getting some border-security measures (or maybe even a big, beautiful wall) in return.
But that’s not what one might take away from the exchange if, for some reason, they opted to read the transcript released by the White House. The Washington Post’s Ashley Parker noticed that the line where Trump agrees with Feinstein’s proposal — saying, “Yeah, I would like to do it” — is “curiously missing” from the document.
Guess Which Line Was Missing From the Transcript of Trump’s Immigration Meeting
Folks, President Obama is a big believer in global warming. So he told his people, "look for the global warming, tell everyone about the global warming." And every year they said "last year was the warmest year ever, this is going to be even warmer." But I'm open-minded. I got rid of a lot of Obama FLUNKIES & FLOOZIES. And the folks that are left, I said to them, "global warming is a hoax, maybe, probably, it's a hoax, just tell us about the weather!" So we have a beautiful weather report from my people at NOAA. We had some amazing weather last year in the great states of Florida, Texas, California, Montana, North and South Dakota. Erie, Pennsylvania. And Puerto Rico, which isn't a state. It's an island.
But guess what, it wasn't the warmest year. 2017 wasn't the warmest year ever. Because 2012 and 2014 -- when Obama was in office -- were warmer. I'll tell you, I never promised to end global warming. But I did it. And I did it while I BROUGHT BACK THE JOBS in our terrific coal, oil & gas industries. Like I promised.
And now that we've taken care of global warming, we're going to repeal Obama's Clean Power Plan. Because our power is clean enough. If we make it any cleaner, we'll kill our electric. Our Christmas trees will go dark. And our chandeliers. It won't be pretty, folks. In Africa they like it dark, they can stay in the dark. We're not doing that. We're doing a REPEAL. Administrator Pruitt, very smart guy, is doing the paperwork for that. To Make America Great Again.
And if we get a little global warming, we can use it. We could really use it. Our East, our South and our Central USA were cold as hell last week. Pipes freezing & bursting in Jackson, Mississippi and in Atlanta! And a lot of people freezing to death. We could use some goddamned global warming!
