    I see that a quorum has not been reached in the last two meetings.

    Is there any underlying reason for this such as a dispute, or galloping apathy?

    Things looked to be going well, then my perception is a sudden halt in proceedings. I was looking forward to things being stable so I could renew my subscription,

      I saw something in the logs about daylight saving time making it difficult for everyone to be available at the same time but would be interesting to know if there are other more serious reasons. I think janrinok is out on doctor's orders--not sure if that reduces the number needed for a quorum though.
