I find it remarkable that places like ArsTechnica can report about the Duke Nukem Forever (DNF) 2001 build+source leak but the "buck feta" aka the "green site" hasn't published anything about it AT ALL! Kind of strange, I don't knooooooooooooooooow. (twilight zone music plays)

Now days its more like "nearly every game on steam plays natively in linux thanks to dxvk" and I only boot my windows partition for that rare game that still doesn't work.
After a few more years it's just "I deleted my windows partition, it kept fucking up the boot loader. Those other games just aren't worth it."

Well, we covered it on here [soylentnews.org] 5 days ago so I am not sure why you bothered to raise it again?
Not every computer user is a gamer, so perhaps that is not the community other sites are targetting.

Back in the day, on the green site, a common excuse which was herd was: I would be running Linux, but all my games only work on Windows.
People today are educated enough to repeat what they are taught but not to question what they are taught.
