The last step to render I:8:11 a dead letter is currently being debated in a federal appeal.

Trump Justice Department: Wars are off limits to court review

A Trump administration attorney said Friday that federal courts cannot evaluate whether a president is waging an illegal war, even if the war clearly has no grounding in a congressional authorization of force and someone directly impacted sues.

The claim was made during oral arguments in an appeal filed by Nathan Michael Smith, a now-former Army intelligence analyst who sued last year claiming former President Barack Obama was illegally fighting Islamic State terrorists without an authorization for use of military force, or AUMF, from Congress.

[...] "What if the president were to initiate hostilities with a nation or organization that wasn't plausibly within these AUMFs, would that be subject to review?" Griffith asked.

"No, I think, is the short answer. No," said Thomas Byron, an experienced Justice Department attorney.

People who hate racism, bigotry, sexism, classicism, chauvinism, Islamophobia, homophobia, transphobia, and the like are all more dislikeable than Trump?

I'll let the KKK know that the next time I stop by a rally. I'm sure they'd love a colored man such as myself walking up to them to let them know that the Left are the real racists, unlike them.

People hate those who get their "-isms" everywhere. It's gross keep it in your pants.
You're having so many "-isms" you don't even know how to spell them, and as a result needed a spell-checker for your post (which corrected to something entirely unrelated).

People who hate (list of everything and the kitchen sink) are all more dislikeable than Trump?

    YES
Because what they really hate is other humans. And what they really do, is as much damage as they can, to anyone who can't deal damage back (be it a designated acceptable target, or just a convenient victim).
These are bullies who made bullying their adult occupation. They are as disgusting as they are destructive.

People have been saying that Trump is racist every second of every day, all year long. What exactly are you accomplishing by doing this, when it isn't even on topic?

TFA is about war. Now please tell me which you believe is worse: war, or bigotry and blah, blah, blah? Is it OK to bomb people as long one doesn't say the 'n' word while doing so? OK to invade countries as long as it's for oil and not because they have a different religion?

There is no shortage of people claiming to oppose bigotry, but the wars continue with hardly a word against them. One of these things costs trillions of dollars and could literally end humanity, but you apparently felt the need to talk about the KKK instead. Why is that?

Because accusing someone of bigotry has been the go-to tactic for the Control Left for a generation or two. They can't be bothered to try to debate his stances, so they've decided that the Democrat party platform is that Trump is bad 'cuz Trump.

Of course, given that Bernie supporters loved Trump's tax plan when they were told Bernie was the one who came up with it [freebeacon.com], it's questionable just how much of an actual debate they could come up with in the first place.

If you think the wars are continuing with "hardly a word against them" you're living in an echo chamber so small you couldn't fit your Audi in it, and I honestly can't think of how to help you aside from (a) start getting some news from a country not your own, and (b) start listening to people not in your economic class.

Or else he's living in America. Where both major parties and the mainstream media adhere to a consensus on all important issues, including that war is really good and we need more of it, and dissent is carefully muffled and suppressed.

Yes, it is stupid when people criticize a strawman, and then claim they're criticizing Trump. It is unfortunate, but this is essentially the Democrat party's platform now.

I think there is blame on both sides. You look at both sides. I think there is blame on both sides. You have some very bad people in that group. You also have some very fine people on both sides. The classicists and anti-classicists, I call them Anticla.

People who hate racism, bigotry, sexism, classicism, chauvinism, Islamophobia, homophobia, transphobia, and the like are all more dislikeable than Trump?

Considering they usually replace hatred of a specific group with hatred of individualism and anyone or anything that may disagree with them, and are willing to use their own brand of oppression to impose their viewpoints on others? Including attempting to crush freedom of speech, unless it is speech they approve of? I'm gonna say yes, very much so.
