    I disagree. Access and terrain in relation to the wall will be much more difficult by orders of magnitude. In many areas they will need to build roads just to get to where they are going to build the wall. And these roads have to be the length of the wall, and survive the brutal heat and heavy equipment that needs to transverse it regularly in order to build and maintain the wall.
