The Trump administration is expected to issue a proposal in coming weeks that would make it harder for legal immigrants to become citizens or get green cards if they have ever used a range of popular public welfare programs, including Obamacare, four sources with knowledge of the plan told NBC News.
The move, which would not need congressional approval, is part of White House senior adviser Stephen Miller's plan to limit the number of migrants who obtain legal status in the U.S. each year.

I'm sure some of you wackos will say it isn't proven yet, but he, his family, and his closest associates during the election have all been proven liars and the dealings with Russia have finally been exposed. Their last ditch effort is to say "collusion isn't illegal and Trump didn't know about it anyway!" The derangement necessary to keep falling back on worse and worse arguments rather than confront the truth is driving you people mad! Even TMB and Runaway who try and remain "impartial" regarding Trump still push an anti-hysteria meme as if people worried about a crook in the White House are just oversensitive little SJWs.

The goal posts have moved from "only the bad people, if they come in leeeegally that is fine and good" to now "not even legal immigrants are welcome!"
