USA Today reports Trump has Officially Begun to Withdraw the US From the World Health Organization as Pandemic Spikes:

The Trump administration has officially begun to withdraw the United States from the World Health Organization, even as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to grip the globe and infections spike in many states across the U.S.

Congress received formal notification of the decision on Tuesday, more than a month after President Donald Trump announced his intention to end the U.S. relationship with the WHO and blasted the multilateral institution as a tool of China. The White House said the withdrawal would take effect on July 6, 2021.

[...] The formal withdrawal comes as the United States nears 3 million reported coronavirus cases and more than 130,000 deaths, according to Johns Hopkins University data. Globally, there have been 11.6 million cases and almost 540,000 deaths.

They are both white males born outside the country. Would telling them to go home be racist?
If so, then racist against who?
If not, why the different standard for WOC?
Isn't having different standards for different races the very definition of racism?

Do you know what the difference between manslaughter and murder is?

If not, why the different standard for WOC?

Heh. It would have been nice if you had actually read those links he had provided instead of going "I WANT TWEETS I WANT TWEETS*" because that exact question was not only answered, but it also answers your first question about 'what is racist' directly. There's a significant distinction between those four ladies and these two gentlemen and I'm not referring to their physical appearance or their gender, here. Well.. four people, if the other two had actually been involved this entire dynamic would be different with a very good chance of it ending in your favor... Fun. Anyway, do your homework. The short version is: There isn't a different standard that would be applied between the two groups.

Isn't having different standards for different races the very definition of racism?

We're not talking about statutory offenses, here. The direct answer to your question is 'no' because there isn't a different standard being applied, you'll need to update your hypothetical with more information, the current version of it does not provide a clear 'yes' or 'no' as to whether its racist. The answer you're aiming for is still no, but you'll need a better understanding what happened with Trump's targets before I can make that clear to you. The short version is there isn't a different standard between the two but how you phrase your hypothetical can change that.

Incidentally, because you have chosen this particular hill to die on instead of the nice clear-cut example I gave you, it's gonna be a lot harder to give you clarity because of an additional wrinkle: He said something he was specifically not supposed to say. He's the President, he has high standards to adhere to. At that point it's not even the words that matter. I'll put it to you this way: If I'm squeezing your throat, and you can't breath and are about to die, and I say "I love you!", that won't actually reduce my sentence. If, instead, I had only threatened you to the point that you needed a restraining order, and I never touched you, me saying "I love you" is nowhere near as powerless as it was in the last example. This, as a concept, is important to understand, especially since this example is so nuanced. (I'll concede that this straw man I created is terrible and not worth getting into a lot of nitpickery about the specifics, I'm only using it fleetingly to illustrate a concept.)

The reason for me sending you Google terms to search for is really starting to become apparent, here.

*For the record, I mean no personal disrespect, would have preferred to have been less abrasive with that remark but doing that just made this post a lot longer.

nice clear-cut example I gave you,

What example? In all of your posts you did not once link to a racist tweet.

Distracting away from my post won't work. I already know you came across the tweet and can't defend it. 🙄

No, I did not. And since you cannot link to it, I must presume it does not exist.

And again. I have continued this discussion in good faith, but I do not know of this alleged tweet. As I said, your google search linked to many pages alleging racism, but zero tweets from Trump.
If your reply does not link to an actual tweet I will assume you are a troll and rspond no further.

Hey, if you wanna bail because you wilfully refuse to acknowledge the easily-verifiable existence of a tweet, believe me you'll have my full support! It fits quite poetically with your 0% progress on proving the existence of TDS. 😄
