Adobe's "Creative Cloud" suffered an outage of about 24 hours [theregister.co.uk], denying users access to the software that they had licensed. Adobe faced a significant outcry when it forced all users of the Creative Suite to go to the "cloud" version [theregister.co.uk] earlier this year. Rarely do people get to say "I told you so" quite so quickly.
