Bill Drummond [wikipedia.org] and Jimmy Cauty [wikipedia.org] have appeared in various guises within pop music. After getting two top records in the UK, they published their formula for making a hit record [wikipedia.org] then made a mockery of modern art [wikipedia.org] with their own version of the Turnip Prize [wikipedia.org]. However, they offered double the prize money. They subsequently very probably burned £1 million [wikipedia.org]. They have been devisive. In Nov 1995, the K Foundation [wikipedia.org] announced a 23 year moratorium. That expires in Nov 2018. I hope they'll be back because they are trolls and pranksters who are more suited to current affairs. They've also had 23 years to plan.
