Fox News got election fraud info from woman who claims she got it through 'time travel'
Fox News got some of its information on "election fraud" allegations against Dominion Voting Systems from a woman who claims she got the information through a form of "time travel," the election equipment company's lawsuit alleges.
This detail of the Dominion lawsuit was first flagged by NBC News' Ben Collins on Thursday, as part of a segment Dominion highlighted between pro-Trump lawyer Sidney Powell and Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, who was communicating with her and amplifying her message on her program.
"Powell's source ... explained that she gets her information from experiencing something 'like time-travel in a semi-conscious state,' allowing her to 'see what others don't see, and hear what others don't hear,' and she received messages from 'the wind,'" stated the lawsuit.
"Bartiromo read this email at the time: she responded to Powell saying she had shared this 'very imp[ortant] info' with Eric Trump," the complaint continued.
And this . . .
- A court filing cited a wild email Sidney Powell sent to Fox to support her claims of voter fraud.
- The email, which Powell forwarded, came from a person who described themselves as "decapitated."
- Powell used it as proof of her voter fraud claims before a Fox appearance, Dominion argues.
Trump-allied lawyer Sidney Powell sent Fox an email full of wild claims from a woman claiming to be a decapitated time-traveler, according to a recent court filing.
Excerpts of the message formed part of a filing from Dominion Voting Systems released on Thursday in its defamation case against Fox.
[....] The lawyers for Dominion did not name the writer of the email, which had the subject "Election Fraud Info."
But they included excerpts in which the source claimed Dominion was to blame for election irregularities, and also described herself as "internally decapitated."
One particularly odd section deals with how the source claims to have gotten her information. It says:
"Who am I? And how do I know all of this?...I've had the strangest dreams since I was a little girl....I was internally decapitated, and yet, I live....The Wind tells me I'm a ghost, but I don't believe it."
At another point she described herself as being able to "time-travel in a semi-conscious state."
The evidence is meant to support Dominion's allegation that Fox and its executives knew the claims its hosts and guests were making about the election were false, but let them push unsubstantiated information anyway. The company is alleging that Fox defamed Dominion in its reporting, and is seeking $1.6 billion in damages.
What do they know about time travel that we do not know? Either they are telling the truth -- and Trump's Big Lie about 2020 election fraud is real, or they are not telling the truth, and The Big Lie was made up out of thin air and spread widely by FOX News damaging Dominion's business. Also FOX withholding things they should have produced in discovery is not going to go over well in court. This goes to trial in April.
As I've pointed out before, these people are untethered from reality. This was just so MAGA Trumpian that I had to write a journal entry about it.
Things are not going well for the people behind The Big Lie. A lie that is an essential truth for those on this fine forum would say they believe Trump was elected in 2020, despite the evidence or lack thereof. I don't post much any more about The Big Lie. Others on YouTube cover it in so much better, citing sources, in detail. It's amusing how these things aren't on FOX when they are not going to well.
There are other interesting trials in April as well. Some of the insurrectionists "normal tourists". And the defamation case against Trump after he allegedly raped E Jean Carroll in a dressing room and then defamed her. Trump Tax Fraud trial in NY on Oct 3. And other exciting trials. And indictments to come. It's nice to have the Alex Jones Infowars defamation behind us. That was just disgusting.

We are all time travelers. That all of us travel through time in the same direction and at approximately the same rate does not change the fact that we are all, indeed, time travelers. In fact, it is impossible for us to stop traveling through time, because it would require an infinite amount of energy to do so. We can slow down how rapidly we travel through time by traveling at high speeds, particularly relativistic speeds. But it would take an infinite amount of energy to accelerate any of us to the speed of light, thus preventing us from traveling in time.
Of course, being time travelers provides us with no privileged ability to discern irregularities in elections. Some of our fellow time travelers have conducted extensive audits and concluded that the scale of any election fraud was far too small to impact the outcome of the 2020 election. Even Bill Barr, another time traveler who was one of Trump's Attorneys General, concluded that the 2020 election wasn't stolen.

I was thinking something similar. In November 2020, I had no real idea if this fraud had occurred or not. After I time traveled a few months into the future with the many cases being overturned after no real evidence having been provided, I had a pretty good idea. So time travel works!
But so could everyone else who underwent that particular exercise. I understand a bunch of people did.

When I read the soft and fluffy khallow, I touch myself. His unreconstruced libertarianism gives me an election. It is a false election, but an election none the less. I often wonder what happened to him. The Alleged UCDavis degree, but there was something about Emory, which seems much more up his alimentary. And, he has come clean on the indefensible, like horse de-wormer, and election stealing, but I think that these are only because he tried, and realized he has no chance with Kari Lake, who is actually beyond his prime. These days, it is hard to be a k-hallow. The Wingman business has all but dried up, because of all the trannies, and women seeking actual commitment, which no conservative could actually provide. No. First, that's a straw man. I don't preach perfect isolation or self-reliance. I acknowledge the value of cooperation. I think the rub here is that I also acknowledge that something can look cooperative while being the opposite. The complaints about election fraud were of that sort. If there had been genuine fraud, then discovering and stopping it would have made for a better society even if Trump was the beneficiary. Of course, that didn't happen.
Second, it's not your place (much less any other group of people) to be a gatekeeper for your imagined society or civilization. As they say in the military: you fight with the army you have, not the army you wish you had. Similarly, these are the people we have and well, they have flaws and for the most part aren't at all like the people we wish we had. It is far better to work with them than to try to exclude them. What happens when they choose not to be excluded? You don't have a plan B.

No, I never made that claim. I've always said it was a protest and a riot. But insurrection is considerably more than that, even in the Capitol building duing a significant ceremony.

Today I read another story about FOX News hosts saying they never believed Trump's Big Lie. Which makes them smarter than Trump's followers. Even those on this fine forum who have never repudiated believing that Trump won.
If they win, it was fair. If they lose it was rigged. I think we are going to see that pattern again and again. It will happen again because they are increasingly in the minority.

It has taken this long explain to our rather stupid conservative brethern, why they are modded down? Shirley they would have realized already, that they are the rather small minority, given the Gaussian distribution of intelligence, forming a normal distribution or a Bell Curve of the IQ, or some other metric of not being dumb? Perhaps the Dunnig-Kroeger will sink in, or is this impossible? Runaway? Could you extrapulate? 12% Right wing assholes that supported W after it was apparent his policies were shit. And, Trump, as a reality TV precedent, had no actual policy, but still a 12% support rate, at the end, before they cancelled his show.

The Vulcan Science Directorate studied the question of time travel in great detail. They found no evidence that it existed or that it could exist, ultimately believing that its concept was "illogical".
