"Just because one thinks that Democrats are hysterical in their responses to Trump does not mean that Trump is doing the right things. "

Bingo. In American politics, we have two sides. I've always said that there are AT LEAST two sides to every story. Fact is, you might have ten, or a hundred different sides to any given story, and they are ALL WRONG! Or, more likely, half or more are "wrong", with the others enjoying varying degrees of "less wrong".

But, the author doesn't seem to understand the bit about more than two sides.

"Whatever the reason, Trump harmed himself, his party and his agenda."

Again, the Republican party isn't "his party". When the Royal Fool promised to "drain the swamp", he was referring to both D's and R's. Trump has no loyalty to either party. (Maybe that's why I'm so willing to tolerate him - he isn't a dyed in the wool Republican, any more than he is a Democrat.)

All of that said, the bit about hysterical democrats is pretty spot on. I wonder about those conspiracy theories, regarding contrails. Maybe it's actually a democratic plot to seed mass hysteria? That's how the fascists are going to take over? Alright, maybe I'm kidding now. Or maybe I'm only half kidding. Either way, the D's are definitely hysterical.

When the Royal Fool promised to "drain the swamp", he was referring to both D's and R's.

So when is the swamp going to be drained? Since his political appointments were a mix of establishment cretins and rich, corrupt crony capitalists, I'm not really seeing where the whole 'drain the swamp' thing comes in. His actual policies (and the policies he continued from previous administrations) are usually authoritarian garbage as well.

        Program:
        0) Appoint capitalist crony's, because they are disloyal to the incumbent political class.
        1) Wipe out the swamp
        2) Replace crony's with fresh blood.
