In 2016, there was a distinct lack of Clinton signs, even in the yards of people who had signs up for the Democrats of local and state elections. IIRC correctly there was one, maybe two small signs.
This year I am seeing a LOT of Biden-Harris signs. Not quite as many that had Trump signs in 2016, but definitely a massive increase over the Clinton tally.

#2 He'd definitely not have the people's support, if he wanted to do away with all ballots and just continue as president.
#3 Apparently, he was trying to make a point of saying that he believes he's more likely to win, and there wont' be a need for transfer of power. Which is kind of a ridiculous question anyway. Unless you actually think we're on the brink of a Civil War. I'm very skeptical of that. Then he was throwing something about ballots, he should have clarified what kind of ballots (mail-in) as opposed to just saying ballots.

Among his nicknames, you can find "Establishment Joe". Joe doesn't represent any of the groups in the news today. He isn't for BLM, Antifa, MAGA, none of that stuff. Joe represents the DNC directly, and the MIC and corporate interests indirectly. Joe is a little less likely than Hillary was to start a new war to keep the money machine rolling, but the difference isn't a big one.
That was the appeal of Trump, as well as Bernie. Neither of them represents The Party, neither of them represents the MIC and corporate interests.
Trump was defined as the "populist" vote last time around. I think he still has a lot of that. Biden has nothing that appeals to anyone who really thinks about his positions.
BLM and judicial and law enforcement reform is the single biggest issue today. Neither Trump nor Biden gives the smallest damn about that issue. For how many months has Biden sheltered in his basement, without a single statement regarding BLM and rioting? He _just_doesn't_give_a_fuck_ about judicial reform.
Of course, the president's ideas on judicial reform means almost nothing. It's the legislators who should be addressing judicial reform. Repeal qualified immunity, make cops liable for their actions, and suddenly, unarmed black males won't be shot to death anymore. It takes legislators to accomplish that, not a president.
