The good news is that around one this morning I composed the following poem; I haven't come up with a title yet:

Some smoke weed,
Some drink rum,
Some shoot dope,
Some chew gum.

Some men fight,
Some men run,
Some men fear,
Some have fun.

What do _I_ do?
Wish I knew.
For if I did,
It would get done.

The Bad News is that while poetry has been with us since the Dawn Of Humanity, for _me_ to compose it is an _unmistakeable_ sign that I am _already_ either Manic - or _Psychotic_.

I'm not yet aware of any Psychotic symptoms other than possibly my poem, but Psychoses can be imperceptible at first, if it comes on slowly as it often does.

Given my concern about Psychosis, I took all my Happy Pills, then after checking my phone's calendar so as to ensure there was nowhere I had to be tomorrow (Tuesday), after I took all my regular Happy Pills, I took _three_ of my Extra Special ones: 15 mg Zyprexa (olanzapine).

I avoid Zyprexa because it raises the blood sugar - Hyperglycemia - which can cause the adult form of Diabetes. But there are times when an AK-47 just won't do, one requires a Gatling Gun. Fifteen milligrams of Zyprexa and to Sleep Like The Dead will set me right up.

I hope you have the ability to get yourself to safety if the head-fairies get too much.

I also hope you will update this to let us know how you are.

Usually I can get to the ER on the bus; if the bus isn't running, I call 9-1-1.

If I manage to fake being calm and collected when I do so, the dispatcher will just send me an ambulance. But if I'm freaking they'll send the cops. That has sometimes resulted in the cops shooting - or even beating to death - a mentally ill person but in my own personal experience the cops have always been helpful.

As much as I hate to advise fad diets to anyone, the Keto diet might solve that problem. You can't multiply zero and get Diabetes.

the elephant gun-sized dose of Zyprexa seems to have worked its magic:

There is a certain way I always feel when I come down from Mania: imagine the very worst form of hangover, only without the headache and nausea.

There is some possibility that I'm _still_ manic. If so I'll be able to tell in a couple hours, after I've fully waken up. If so I'll take some Zyprexa but not as much.

Broca's Aphasia: from time to time I correctly spell an incorrect word, such as:

Now is the time for all good bananas to come to the aid of their country.

    Zyprexa makes people fat.

My skinny brother went slightly nuts, so Zyprexa was perfect for him. He got a job at Lowe's loading 50-pound bags of concrete into vehicles, which gave him huge muscles. Sadly, age got to my brother's back, and he thus switched to being a cashier. He's now getting fat.

Zyprexa is supposedly on the mild side for schizophrenia. Do you really feel otherwise?

Oh, can't leave out the crazy stories: My brother started as a kid, clawing at his scabs and thinking that people were constantly judging him or plotting against him. Later, he wound up in the hospital thinking that his heart was outside of his chest. On a trip to Trinidad and Tobago with our dad, they stopped in Jamaica or Haiti to change flights. My dad got a bit drunk on rum. My brother had forgotten his Zyprexa. He started to see and hear things that didn't exist, such as a black woman across the room who accused him of being gay.
