ARGLE BARGLE RAR! Lefties are BIG MAD about DeSantis flying illegal immigrants to Martha’s Vineyard and HERE are some of the biggest tantrums
Posted at 9:11 am on September 15, 2022 by Sam Janney

For DECADES, Democrats and Lefties have been calling anyone and everyone who wants our southern border secured, ‘racists,’ ‘xenophobes,’ ‘haters,’ ‘white nationalists,’ etc. How dare people who are actually impacted by the MILLIONS of illegal immigrants walking (yes, walking, Karine Jean-Pierre) across the border ask that something be done?!

Welp, if our pals on the Left think our sieve of a border is AOK, or even secure, then it’s about time they put up or shut up.

But this is more like what we’re seeing from them after hearing about DeSantis flying illegal immigrants to Martha’s Vineyard (and Abbott sending them to Kamala’s HOUSE).

But they said they SUPPORT illegal immigrants. What’s the dealio?

It’s deeply deeply sick and dehumanizing to fly illegal immigrants to a gorgeous part of our country? A part of the country they likely want to go to? Really Chris?

Eric Swalwell is also really fussy.

Rep. Eric Swalwell
@RepSwalwell
Does America face a migration issue at our border because of poor economic and security conditions in countries south of us? Of course.

Should we exploit that crisis by using desperate humans as political pawns. Hell no. This is so sick. It takes a soulless man to do this.

Ummm … what? Democrats do nothing BUT use illegal immigrants as political pawns. Remember when a bunch of them went down to a detention center? AOC wept? Funny how that concern all went away once Trump was out of office.

Almost as if they were being used as POLITICAL PAWNS.

Doorknobs.

Oh, and speaking of doorknobs:

@chipfranklin
I don't get it, maybe because I'm not a Republican: Can someone explain to me how spending money to ship two plane loads of immigrants all the way for Martha's Vineyard on the taxpayer's dime, all so one man can go viral on Twitter for a few hours, is "fiscally conservative"?

Willing to bet two plane rides is a HELLUVA lot cheaper than putting more people on Florida’s welfare services longterm, Chip.

These disgusting human beings are all for immigration, right up until they meet an immigrant. While Arizona, New Mexico and Texas are deluged by thousands daily, these privileged white assholes from Martha's Vineyard are SHOCKED that a mere hundred immigrants have been flown to THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD!! NIMBY!!

If we could build an immigrant pipeline straight from the border to all of the contiguous continental state's capitols, along with Washington, D.C, the border would be secured in months. Imagine, 10,000 illegal aliens arriving in front of the White House, EVERY MONTH!! That is what the southern border states are dealing with.

“At some point, they have to move from here to somewhere else... We don’t have the services to take care of 50 immigrants…we don’t have housing for 50 more people.". Have I already mentioned NIMBY? The woman obviously thinks that the border states have the room, have the housing, have the services to provide for these people. Just dump them all on the border states, and on red states, and hillbilly states, because, we, the elite, won't tolerate a bunch of raggedy illegals on our island!!

Except it wasn't to NYC. And it wasn't from Florida either.

Apparently, these folks were flown from Kelly Field in San Antonio, TX to Martha's Vineyard, MA

Let's see about that those prices then

But it's strange that the Governor of Florida paid for two *charter* jets to bring asylum seekers in Texas to Martha's Vineyard.

According to EvoJets [evojets.com], a charter carrying 20-35 passengers costs ~$55,000-$70,000.

It took two planes to carry all 50 asylum seekers, so that's ~$110,000-$140,000.

Let's split the difference and call it $125,000 per 50 asylum seekers.
            Thats $12,000,000/$125,000 = 192 flights (with 25 per flight)
For a total of 4,800 asylum seekers.

Sounds like a good deal to me. I wonder if they have an open bar on these flights?

But I still want to know why deSantis is using Florida taxpayers' money to fly folks from Texas to Massachusetts.

I wonder if the taxpayers of Florida like that idea?

New York and D.C. want to declare emergencies over a few hundred immigrants?

More like 11,000 just to NYC [bloomberg.com]:

More than 11,000 migrants have arrived in New York City since May, as part of a push by Texas Governor Greg Abbott to bus migrants to New York City, Washington, D.C., Chicago and other “sanctuary” cities in a bid to pressure the Biden administration on immigration. There are more than 8,000 migrants who remain in the shelter system, Adams said. The city has opened 23 additional emergency shelters and is now welcoming between four and six migrant buses a day, officials said.

But we take them and welcome them. House and feed them. Help them get medical care and legal support for their asylum claims -- these are, after all, asylum seekers.

If the UK is any guide, Canada could do with some fine Mexican cuisine. Pro tip, don't use Garbonzo beans (chickpeas), when someone asks for a bean burrito. I've never made it to Canado though, and I only know about some weird beans + milk thing for breakfast or something?

You bus the tired, the hungry, the poor, to a state which has a robust system in place to offer people productive work, and neighborhoods they can enrich and benefit from ... from, er, Florida [theguardian.com]. Just that much will do a lot towards improving everyone's lot.

      Seriously, you take people

      • with the initiative, vision, and foolhardiness
      • to leave the home and friends they've known their lives,
      • for a promise and an offer of hard work for the ability to get by,
      • in a country nominally operating under the rule of law, literally known as "the land of opportunity."

My guess (just a guess) is that that half-assed hustlers trying to work an existing system don't predominate so much in that population. You run a state, city, or town mostly by the rule of law, with a culture of appreciation for craftsmanship and work ethic [theglobeandmail.com], provide the opportunities [youtu.be], and you'll get the kind of quality work [theonion.com] that builds infrastructure and communities. If you're a hustler, though ... you might start complaining about being overrun by hard, honest workers.

The second and third generations are a different story. But that's regardless of origin, really.

Lawsuits are being lodged against Gov. De Satanis, and Runsway1956, for illegal transport of illegals across illegal state lines, using Federal resources, and, not being very nice. In other news, Massachusetts is going to declare war against Florida, for the first time in, oh, eighty years. And guess who won the last time? The South, will loose, agrarian, again.
