Howard wrote “that every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.” https://www.14thamendment.us/articles/anchor_babies_unconstitutionality.html

Rosa Parks died on this day, in 2005. The impeachment inquiry is currently trying to establish how Donald Trump did it.

He would have had to expose her to something in that meeting that would kill her in ~9 years.

Has there been any investigation into what approach he might have taken?

I could see carcinogens, but those are hit or miss and could easily result in collateral damage. Does anyone present know if he got her a drink for example? That would be an excellent opportunity to introduce something.

Not quite. You have to get lots of someone elses saying that someone else says that someone else says he did it.
Then, when people query you, you can point them at circular lists of websites that list other websites that list lots of people saying that someone else says that someone else says he did it.

A good try to frame as "loaded" something that is totally irrelevant and inconsequential.
As any troll, it falls easily when presenting the full context:

As Snopes explains, “The photograph is real. It was taken on 27 October 1986 by Getty photographer Yvonne Hemsey at a ceremony honoring the recipients of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor.”

The photo also emerged during the presidential campaign when the conservative outlet The American Mirror published in on Sept. 4 to assert, “No one accused Donald Trump of being a racist until he decided to run for president.”

So, it's true that the photo doesn't imply Trump has anything to do with Rosa Parks' death.
But this is a special case of the more general statement "The photo doesn't imply any Trump/Rosa Park relation, not more than being once in the same place/same time together with the group of Ellis Island Medal of Honor recipients".

With the immediate consequence: "The photo doesn't say a thing about Trump being racist or not, you'll need to look for other arguments to make you mind about it".

(and let me tell you with the same level of authority as Runaway's: Trump is a racist prick - large grin)

I did do some "homework" quite a while back. I found that Trump was a popular darling among Dems, right up until he decided to run against Clinton. The photograph in the submission?

The full, uncropped photo includes not just Trump and Parks, but also Muhammad Ali, Joe DiMaggio, Victor Borge, and Anita Bryant. (Parks died in 2005, and Ali in June.) All were receiving the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, which is given by the National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations.

So, do you really believe that Ellis Island award was handed out to racists? There are other photos of Trump, attending events with not-white people, some of them very famous people, if you look for them. For a racist, Trump sure went to a lot of trouble to cultivate not-white friends and acquaintances. He must have known at a pretty young age that he would run for the presidency when he became an old bastard, and spend his youth preparing the photographic evidence of his non-racist views.

That idea sounds even more preposterous when you consider that a lot of people really were incorrigible racists back then. Why would a presidential hopeful even BOTHER to hide his racism, in that day and age? Even Johnson is quoted as "We'll have those niggers voting for us for the next 200 years".

          I quote,

"Yes, when I was very young, I went into my father's company — had a real estate company in Brooklyn and Queens," Trump said. "And we, along with many, many other companies throughout the country — it was a federal lawsuit — were sued. We settled the suit with zero, with no admission of guilt."

Alright, so The Donald is going to put his own spin on it. But further down in the article, it is confirmed that there was no admission of guilt. So, 1973. The guy is a little older than I, but I was a junior in high school in 1973. The Donald goes into his father's company, and all the policies are already in place - he basically does what he's told.

So we are going to characterize this lawsuit as defining Donald Trump?

Sorry, I don't think so. Blame the old man, not the kid. Or, have we forgotten that we were all kids, once upon a time? Trump Junior took orders from Trump Senior, and as a result was named in a lawsuit. I don't see racism on the part of Junior, here.

"Like father, like son" doesn't cut it with me. Find something better.

If we were to follow that "like father, like son" bullshit, you can't possibly be any better a man, or any worse a man, than your own father. Your brothers are just like you, because they can't escape Daddy's legacy, either. If there is a single man in your family tree who engaged in the slave trade, in any manner, then you're a slaver yourself. Any criminals anywhere in your paternal family tree? You're just another criminal. Just give it a break.
