It looks like the mobilisation of the Russian populace is going according to plan, just like everything else in the 'special military operation'. As long as you have exemption letters that you're working a critical important job, or are supporting three (or more) kids, or you don't have the Russian nationality, you're pretty safe.
Still, the mayor of Moscow found it necessary to declare all quota had been reached and this-was-it for the mobilisation, you can neglect your mobilisation orders, after "men were massively handed summonses at the entry to metro stations.
