Made by an AC. Explained here.
Jango is a free online music streaming service that allows users to create and share custom radio stations. Users choose artists to stream, and the station plays music from similar artists. Users can further refine their stations by rating songs and artists in their feed to play less or more frequently.

My frontend is a better frontend because Jango does dumb stuff like stop playing and say "This station is off the air, please try skipping forward or tune in to another station…" or "This Station has ended. Try creating a Custom Mix or tune into a new station."
Wait. The dumb failure message has changed. Does that mean? "http:undefined" Crap. The cookie is valid but the json data is missing. Must fix.

One interesting thing I found is that searches from the app won't find a particular song even when others from the same album are on there, which I assume is a limitation of Jango's licensing of music or its clustering algorithm. But then some searches on the main site will turn up the music videos for songs I couldn't pull up.
I also loaded a YouTube in there for the first time, bringing up the original studio recording of Green Onions instead of a live version.
I like how I can just load Jango Raid, click Search and then play a stream of the top 100 songs that cool, hip millennials are listening to.

Jango's database isn't perfectly searchable.

Ruth B is unsearchable by name or as artist_id 300160.
Lost Boy can still be found by song_id and still appears in the Best Of 2016 station.
If anyone really really wanted to, anyone could build a better index by scraping every song by song_id.
Songs are sequentially numbered starting from 1.

The reset button sucked.
It looked like a traditional form reset button, but it didn't reset the form. It reset the Jango session cookie instead. Which was stupid because searching with an empty form skips to the next song, so a traditional form reset button would be super convenient. For when you want to tune in a station, and then empty the form, and then continue searching for more songs in the same station.
Why not do both kinds of reset with one button.
Reset button will reset the session cookie when there's an error. Reset button will reset the form when there isn't an error.

The HTML5 media player might stutter if you try to play 128kps audio with only 128kbps of bandwidth. Of course no one does that. I am no one.
Jango Raid [jango-raid.ml] compensates for stutter with an algorithm based on the seven second rule [wikipedia.org]. The media player is checked every seven seconds to confirm that seven seconds of playback have occurred. If not then a rewind or abort is done depending on the length of successful playback.
Between 6 - 7 seconds is normal playback. No correction is done. The buffer is expected to handle this.
Between 5 - 6 seconds is stuttered playback. A minor rewind is done. Time is stepped backward by one millisecond to force the player to flush its buffer and continue playing.
Between 0 - 5 seconds is stalled playback. A major rewind is done. Time is stepped backward by at most seven seconds with the hope that buffered data plus newly incoming data will total seven seconds.
Between 1 - 5 seconds is recovering playback. If a major rewind was previously attempted then a minor rewind is done instead.
Between 0 - 1 seconds is failed playback. If a major rewind has already been attempted then playback is aborted and the next track is loaded.
Rewind was inspired by Fetty Wap [songlyrics.com].

A likely story, but not historically accurate.
Fetty Wap was charting in November 2015 when you implemented Range requests in your YouTube downloader so you could "press rewind" and include a seekable video player in Jango Raid.
Sia was charting in August 2016 when you wrote stutterFix to fix stutter on Android. Remember every radio edit of Cheap Thrills named the local radio station? Come on, come on, turn [station name] on.
