The truth is out there and it's this: Fox is re-resurrecting "The X-Files."

Following last year's successful revival, the network announced Thursday that it has ordered a second chapter to "The X-Files" event series.

Stars Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny will once again reprise their roles as Dana Scully and Fox Mulder for the 10-episode installment, which will again be executive produced by creator Chris Carter.

Probably something like Torchwood. At the end of this run, Mulder will pull a Poochie and return to his home planet.

Note: Mulder died on the way back to his home planet.

But seriously, what a blatant and obvious cash-grab. This is something best left to straight-to-DVD or special online streaming series.

Gillian Anderson isn't even hot without her baby fat. When she lost all that weight her head looked all elongated and horsey like Sarah Jessica Parker. This series would make more money as a porno, given that David Duchovny is a sex-addict in real-life. The "X-rated" files, indeed.

I don't think you watched season 10, especially the episode: Mulder and Scully meet the Were-monster. Apart from the hilarious concept of a monster that occasionally turns into a human, there is an interesting scene with Scully ...

You are saying as it would be a bad-thing™.

David Duchovny had treatment as a sex addict [wikipedia.org] in 2008 (maybe the economic crisis left him no choice to sustain his addiction?)

The latest season was a bit weird. It seemed like they were parodying themselves in many episodes. It wasn't bad though. Until one of the last episodes when they went full on into antivaxxer paranoia bullshit. I was legit yelling at the screen at that. It was super irresponsible of them to do so considering the current climate with all the diseases these morons have brought back into the fold. Vaccinate your damn kids! They DO NOT cause autism or turn you into an alien...
