With one or two possible exceptions*, historical statistics show that it is reasonably certain that people, having been born, will die. So it is reasonably certain that everyone, including tyrants, will die, eventually. 'Death to tyrants.', is a simple statement of fact, not a threat. Wishing early death on them would be a different matter. Few chant 'Early death to tyrants!'.

*No, not Jesus, He died and was buried, remember? It's in the Apostle's Creed [wikipedia.org]. However, Catholic tradition has it that Mary, Mother of Jesus was assumed in Heaven (Bodily Assumption [wikipedia.org]) and some take that to mean that she entered Heaven without dying, and I think there are one or two prophets (Enoch & Elijah) that had the same fate.
