    What do you mean by "return to the moon"; fly by, or boots on the ground?

    I definitely mint boots on the ground when I submitted that pole.

    Due to the immensity of such an accomplishment, I wanted to allow for it possibly taking decades to accomplish once we make that a national priority, if ever.
