Moore [wikipedia.org], one of the founders of the Open Source Vulnerability Database [soylentnews.org] (OSVDB) and creator of the Metasploit Framework. The closing of the OSVDB project was announced in a blog post [osvdb.org] (archived copy [archive.org]) during the first week of April.
