Since early Aprile, literally tons of fish have been found dead off the coast of Vietnam. Formosa Plastics has denied responsibility but that claim was undermined when a spokesman said that Vietnam "need(s) to choose whether to catch fish and shrimp or to build a state-of-the-art steel mill."
