News

On the morning of 2 June, a bright light and trails of smoke were seen in the sky over the southwestern U.S. state of Arizona. [wikipedia.org] Loud noises were heard around the same time. According to a source at the Meteoroid Environment Office [nasa.gov] at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center [wikipedia.org]

If Doppler radar is any indication, there are almost certainly meteorites scattered on the ground north of Tucson.

The event is under investigation by the American Meteor Society. [wikipedia.org]
