In the environment of Putin taking over Ukraine piece by piece, and NASA needing to rent space on Russian rockets to get to and from the ISS, comes the news that Elon Musk is suing the USAF for the rights to bid on rocket launches related to national security. Space-X has exhausted other options to bid on the right to send classified satellites to space, and has turned to the courts to argue that they should at least be allowed to bid on the launches vis a vis the Russian launches. Not to mention this is a bad time for sending US dollars to Russia for any reason.
