A British five year old [bbc.co.uk] has passed the MCP exam, proving he's both a Minesweeper Consultant as well as a Solitaire Expert. His family pretty much agree that it's just a matter of memorising the multiple choice answers: The hardest challenge was explaining the language of the test to a five-year-old. But he seemed to pick it up and has a very good memory.

When you are looking for an employee, do you look at pieces of paper that a five year old can get from memorising a few answers, or do you trust references and resumes?
