A pleasant surprise for electronics nerds: Horowitz & Hill’s The Art of Electronics [wikipedia.org] is finally receiving a third edition. The first edition was published in 1980, the second in 1989. The new edition is arriving in April of 2015 [adafruit.com]. This latest edition is about 300 pages longer and is thoroughly revised and updated.
