Trans-rights activist recind opensource license from CHUD

Trans-rights activist claim they recinded license to Quake1 opensource project, so that CHUD cannot use the code.
(Quake1 license revoked from ChaosEsqueAnthology programmer)

Chud notes that he sees no "lady havoc" or "ashley hale" cited in the copyright attributions of the code he has: only the man "Lord Havoc" "Forest Hale", and "Id Software" and "John Carmack"

Thus their copyright license recission from "Lady havoc" is ineffectual, since no "Lady havoc" or "ashley hale" is cited in the source code.
>TLDR: Chud downloaded the source code and kept it on his HDD for 12 years before using it: and no tranny nor woman is cited in the old code he has. It is a C program.

Others point out that legally changing one's name does not affect one's copyright; thus CHUD's theory is incorrect and the license is recinded.
>i don't think that's how copyright/attribution works, anon.
>i think if i write something and then legally change my name, i retain ownership of my intellectual property.
>you might want to talk with a lawyer.
