Since 2010, a fee of $2,000 per H-1B or L-1 visa applicant has been charged to companies where at least half the workforce is foreign. According to a Computerworld story [computerworld.com] from September 23, the fee will expire on October 1, but Congress can reinstate it at any time.
When the fee was first imposed, Computerworld named [computerworld.com] Infosys [wikipedia.org], Wipro [wikipedia.org] and Tata Consultancy Services [wikipedia.org] as companies which would be subject to it.
