Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!
A report from c|net adds:
White House physician Dr. Sean Conley said in a memorandum late Thursday that the president and first lady were "both well at this time, and they plan to remain at home within the White House during their convalescence."
The announcement of the president and first lady's positive coronavirus test results came just hours after the revelation that top White House aide Hope Hicks had tested positive for the virus as well. The president indicated in an earlier tweet that he and the first lady had begun the quarantine process.
Hope Hicks, who has been working so hard without even taking a small break, has just tested positive for Covid 19. Terrible! The First Lady and I are waiting for our test results. In the meantime, we will begin our quarantine process!

What reality are you talking about that's worse than the Trump Administration's brazen sabotage of our electoral system? Oh... and why is that being largely ignored by the right? I grew up in a conservative area and my entire school-life was about how great checks and balances were and how the right to vote was so important that not voting is like killing a soldier's kitten. Hopefully with that in mind you understand my complete and total confusion at the lack of attention on this matter, it should not be a partisan thing at all.

I've seen far more headlines detailing Dem attempts to rig elections, than I have seen Rep attempts.
At the moment, the governor of Texas is being taken to task for demanding that ballots may only be deposited in a single place in each county, which is unreasonable.
There are half dozen instances of ballot harvesting by Democrats, with Ilhan Omar being the primary highly visible culprit. Then, there are the cases like Pennsylvania, where ballots were discarded unlawfully. It isn't clear which "side" was at fault, but those particular ballots were for Trump.
The whole fiasco with the USPS still seems a storm in a teacup to me. Even accepting that the new head of the USPS is a fuckwit, his directives never threatened the ability of the post office could deliver the mail. Much ado about nothing, there.

Headlines, you fucking moron! Reports, untrue, biased, fake-news propaganda. Not actual cases. All the arrests have been Republican operatives, your favorite lying sack of shit and convicted Felon, James O'Keefe, Shannon Brown in Texas [abc13.com], Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman [nytimes.com], Leslie McCrae Dowless in North Carolina [reuters.com], just for some examples. Actual legal action, prosecution, for breaking the law and trying to cheat. You are really, really stupid, Runaway, if you see headlines like you claim. Are you hanging out in bad internet neighborhoods? Andrew Brietbarf is dead. John Birch was never alive. Jim Crow was not a real person. And Herman Cain thanks you for attending the Tulsa rally.

Your opinion needs to be adjusted by some facts.
Observer bias. Sorry. Independents have pretty strongly confirmed this for the last 20 years. I don't know about 70s, 80s, 90s, or earlier.
Citation from a reputable news source that stands to lose if they print falsehoods, please?
I'm afraid both insider experts and direct evidence contradict this.
USPS insiders (managers and workers and execs) have said his directives will reduce the ability of the post office to deliver mail.
Or look at the tangible evidence of mail counting machines - which were in working order, and which would take many many human workers to replace - which were destroyed.
There are other less flashy examples.

Turn off the Nazi ministry of information aka Fox News, and find more reliable sources (preferably ones outside the country that do not rely on advertising).
The Republicans have been attacking the right to vote for decades, and recently with a vengeance.
Millions were disenfranchised in the last presidential election by Republicans stealing their right to vote. Stupid shit like challenging David M. Gonzalez voting multiple times because there was a David S Gonzalez 3 states over, and a David R Gonzalez on the other coast. They only challenged "ethnic" sounding names. Complete bullshit. Closing voting places in minority urban areas, so poor folks will get discouraged by the line winding around the block, and give up-- Republicans assume that their base are rich folks, and rural white racists, so won't be hurt by these closings. The latest chicanery of the Republican Party is to try to reduce the number of people who can vote at all by fucking with the US Postal service. The Republican Party have decided that the fewer people that vote, the better for them. But, all the while the Republicans are stealing elections, they keep pointing everywhere else and *falsely* claiming election fraud.
Seriously, do some fact checking. You will find that *everything* you hear on Fox / from the Republican Party members is a lie. And, only most of what you hear from that other shitty party, the Democrats, is a lie.

Fox news - Fox news - Fox news - on - and - fucking - on - you - go. (you plural)
You people see the sources for the stories I submit. I don't use Fox. Oh, Fox is in my newsfeed, just like Alternet is. I just keep adding RSS feeds to the reader. Quick count - 114 different sources right now. I scroll through them, and very rarely click either Fox or Alternet. But they are there, if I see something really interesting, I'll click.
Now, how many news sources to YOU have? Two? Six? More?
Point is, Fox isn't the only damned news source in the world that you might find objectionable. And, no one cares if you might be "offended" by the news. Don't like the facts I post? Counter them. Find the facts and post them. Sometimes, an AC posts interesting stuff that does seem to counter my facts.
Wanna know what I do when people cite sources that counter my own? I generally add that source to my news feed.

You are too dumb to recognize truth. You are so stupid you will fall for right-wing agitprop and disinformation. You really should just shut the fuck up, and stop spewing on SoylentNews. If you kill this site, there will be nowhere on the internet for you to go, since you have been banned from everywhere for being such an asshole, even the comment section of Fox News, as I recall you saying.
